The Code Enforcement Office investigates complaints regarding unsafe structures, general property maintenance, illegal dumping and burning of solid waste, unlicensed businesses, zoning violations, abandoned and junk vehicles and violations of county ordinances. We do not investigate barking dogs, loud music or subdivision covenant violations.

All complaints must be submitted in writing on the form provided. Complaint Form The form may be printed and mailed or you may file the form in person at the Department of Planning and Zoning, 107 Perryman Ave. , Lincolnton, Ga. 30817. The form must be completely filled out and signed. This office does not accept anonymous or e-mail complaints.
